Terms & Conditions
- Customers are responsible for submitting their own claim.
- There is a maximum benefit of $150 in the 365 days from the date of a customer's Thomas Tire & Automotive invoice. There is no cap on the number of claims during this period.
- Claims must be submitted within 60 days of the incident.

- Download the claim form.
- Complete and submit the claim form, together with an eligible Thomas Tire & Automotive invoice, to mechclaims@sonsio.com. Claims can also be submitted by post (see form for instructions).
