Kristen uses her voice for kindness, her ears for compassion, and her hands for charity. She calls her customers by name and asks about their loved ones. She sincerely wants to know how their son’s little league or daughter’s gymnastics lessons are going. When you patron her store, you become an extended part of her family and when you leave you soon won’t forget the way she made you feel. Balancing the act of motherhood and a career is not always easy, but as exceptional of a manager as Kristen is, she is an even better mom to son, Parker and daughter, Raelynn.
