Ricky has worn many hats during his time with Thomas Tire & Automotive, but we think he truly found his stride when he stepped into the manager role at our Greensboro location. With a deep understanding of our business and years of experience in a variety of roles, he was able to transition seamlessly into leading the store and all the responsibilities that come with it.
Two of Ricky’s previous responsibilities included helping recruit new talent and building customer relationships—both of which have served him well as a manager. His ability to build a strong team and earn the trust of his customers has helped the Greensboro store double its sales volume during his time at the helm.
One of the things we love most about Ricky is his easygoing nature and ability to laugh at himself, which comes in handy since he is often the target of more than a few jokes around here!
