Ricky has held various positions at Thomas over his tenure, but we think he hit his stride when he accepted the manager position of our Greensboro location. Knowing our business inside and out, Ricky was able to seamlessly transition from his previous role, to running a store and all the responsibilities that go with it.Two of the functions Ricky previously held were assisting with the hiring of new talent and customer relations. His knack for putting together a team and creating trust with customers has helped the store double its sales volume during his time as manager. One of the things we love most about Ricky is his good nature and ability to take jokes, as he is often the butt of many!
