Thomas Tire & Automotive offers a 36-month / 36,000-mile nationwide warranty on parts and service, exceptions listed below:
Fleet/Commercial vehicles covered under a 12-month / 12,000-mile nationwide warranty.
Alignments: Parts and Labor: 6 months or 6,000 miles.
Steering or suspension parts installed after the alignment void the limited warranty.
Brake Pads/Shoes Replaced & Rotors/Drums warranty covers manufacture defect only.
Calipers/struts must be replaced in pairs for warranty to apply.
Batteries: 30-month warranty. Batteries for commercial/fleet vehicles: 12-month warranty.
Tires must be rotated every 5,000 miles to maintain manufacturer warranty.
Wheel torque must be rechecked between 50 and 100 miles of installation.
Customer supplied parts are not covered under any warranty.
Engine/transmission replacement is subject to manufacture warranties only.
Internal engine/drivetrain parts/repairs are not covered under any warranty.
Warranty is only for you and the vehicle serviced; it is not transferable.
If you experience a warranty-related problem with the repaired vehicle because of a defect in either workmanship or material during the warranty period, Thomas Tire & Automotive will perform the repairs again under the terms of the warranty as outlined.
*Warranty repairs do not extend original warranty periods.
Limited warranties apply only to the parts and labor shown on a Thomas Tire & Automotive invoice—there may be other components in a system that are not covered.
Authorization must be obtained by Thomas Tire & Automotive prior to any warranty repair being performed. Thomas Tire & Automotive requires that labor associated with warranty work be performed at a Thomas Tire & Automotive facility. Work performed at a non-Thomas Tire & Automotive location without prior consent will not be reimbursed or warrantied.
Warranty period based upon whichever comes first, months or miles.
