Sanford: Commercial Service Technicians: Experience Preferred but Not Required
While under the direct supervision of the Service/Store Manager, performs all aspects of the tire and related service and repair for the commercial trucking, logging and farming industry.
Sanford: Commercial Outside Sales Advisor: 6 months of Sales Experience Preferred or Related Vocational Training
While under the direct supervision of the Retail Manager, performs all aspects of promoting and selling Thomas products and related services for Thomas’ Commercial division while maintaining customer relations.
Aberdeen, Greensboro, Archdale, Asheboro and Burlington: General Service Technicians: Experience Preferred but Not Required
While under the direct supervision of the Service/Store Manager, performs automotive preventive maintenance such as tire repair and changes, oil changes, lubrication procedures, flushes and other fluid service processes.
Automotive Master Technicians: ALL locations 3-5 Years of Comprehensive Automotive Repair Experience Required
While under the direct supervision of the Store/Service Manager, completes high level automotive analytical and diagnostics, repair and preventive maintenance on customer vehicles. They will review work orders completed by Sales Advisors to determine customer’s complaints and/or concerns.
Automotive Sales Advisor Asheboro and Aberdeen: 2 years of sales experience required
While under the direct supervision of the Store Manager, performs customer service duties to advise and consult customers on vehicle service needs. Builds customer confidence in Thomas by developing rapport and ensuring quality service. May make suggestions to up-sell product or services.
